Job Description:

This role will manage two people and is a hybrid model. This organization continues to have huge growth and opportunity for employees. Salary up to $140K plus incentives.

Job Responsibility:

Utilize SAP software for various accounting functions and data management
Collaborate with other teams and departments to streamline financial operations and processes
Develop and implement effective strategies for financial management and control
Ensure compliance with relevant financial regulations and standards
Provide leadership and guidance to the accounting team, promoting a positive and productive work environment

Requirements:

Minimum of 5+ years of experience in accounting
Strong knowledge and experience in using SAP
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
Excellent leadership and team management skills
Proven ability to manage multiple tasks while meeting strict deadlines
Proficiency in financial reporting, taxation, auditing, corporate finance, and all other aspects of accounting
Advanced knowledge of accounting software and MS Office programs
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
Professional certification such as CPA or CMA is preferred
Proven track record of working with senior management and providing strategic financial guidance
