Job Description:

We are offering an exciting opportunity for a proficient Accounting Manager/Supervisor to be a part of our team, based in Boca Raton, Florida. The primary role will be to manage and oversee the daily operations of our accounting department, which includes the use of Accounting Software Systems and Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP).

Job Responsibility:

manage and oversee the daily operations of our accounting department
take charge of the Accounting Functions
oversee the management of Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR)
conduct regular Auditing
supervise Billing Functions
utilize Viewpoint Vista
implement SAP software solutions
manage AIA Billing
oversee Job Cost operations
use BlackLine software
use Concur

Requirements:

minimum of 5 years of experience in an Accounting Manager/Supervisor role
proficiency in Accounting Software Systems
familiarity with ERP - Enterprise Resource Planning
deep understanding of Accounting Functions
experience with Accounts Payable (AP)
knowledge in handling Accounts Receivable (AR)
solid background in Auditing
experience in Billing Functions

Nice to have:

proficiency in using Viewpoint Vista software
proficiency in using SAP software
experience in AIA Billing
