Job Description:

We are in search of a meticulous Accounting Manager/Supervisor to oversee general accounting operations, conduct month-end close procedures, and manage financial reporting and consolidations within the commercial real estate industry.

Job Responsibility:

Oversee the accurate execution of debit and credit transactions
Conduct regular balance sheet analyses and reconciliations
Engage with auditors and provide necessary assistance
Manage the process of financial reporting and consolidations
Oversee various projects as and when needed
Manage accounts payable and receivable operations
Handle intercompany accounting operations
Utilize Concur for appropriate accounting functions

Requirements:

Proficient in using Concur software for managing expenses
Comprehensive knowledge of general accounting functions
Proficiency in conducting financial audits
Ability to prepare consolidated financial statements
Understanding of intercompany accounting procedures
Experience in managing month-end close processes

Nice to have:

Utilize knowledge of the Real Estate industry to enhance accounting processes
Implement automation to increase efficiency in accounting processes
