Job Description:

The role involves integrating new companies, collaborating with owners and investors, and assisting with digital transformation in the industry. The possibility of growth and progression within the organization is a notable aspect of this role.

Job Responsibility:

Handle the integration of newly acquired companies
Conduct due diligence related to Mergers & Acquisitions (M&A)
Collaborate with business owners and investors for strategic decisions
Assist in digital transformation initiatives in the accounting department
Utilize Sage 50 for Full Cycle Accounting and Month End Close activities
Play a key role in software implementations
Oversee finance-related tasks and ensure smooth operations
Develop and manage budgeting and forecasting processes
Conduct cash flow forecasts and financial forecasts
Manage the Acquisition Integration process effectively

Requirements:

Minimum of 5 years of experience as an Accounting Manager/Supervisor
Proficiency in the use of Sage 50
Substantial experience in handling Month End Close procedures
Demonstrable expertise in Full Cycle Accounting
Strong background in Software Implementations
Experience in Mergers & Acquisitions (M&A) is highly desirable
Exposure to Acquisition Integration
Solid understanding of Finance
Skills in Budgeting - Forecasting
Capable of producing accurate Cash Flow Forecasts
Experience in Cash Forecasting
Ability to perform Financial Forecast

Nice to have:

Experience in Mergers & Acquisitions (M&A)
Exposure to Acquisition Integration
