Job Description:

We are in search of a proficient Accounting Manager/Supervisor to strengthen our team. The role entails processing customer applications, maintaining customer records with precision, and addressing customer inquiries in a timely manner. The position also involves the monitoring of customer accounts and taking necessary actions.

Job Responsibility:

Ensure accurate and efficient processing of customer credit applications
Maintain and reconcile the general ledger in line with GAAP and FASB provisions
Supervise and review the work of the Accounting Payable Manager and Pledge Manager
Ensure compliance and proper application of accounting policies and procedures
Implement and manage accounting software systems
Oversee and manage financial services and enterprise resource planning
Handle both accounts payable and accounts receivable
Conduct auditing and manage billing functions
Utilize Blackbaud and Month End Close procedures

Requirements:

Proven experience of 7+ years in a similar role as an Accounting Manager/Supervisor
Proficiency in Accounting Software Systems
Knowledge and practical use of ADP - Financial Services
Familiarity with Concur for expense management
Expertise in ERP - Enterprise Resource Planning
Ability to manage and oversee various Accounting Functions
Experience in managing Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR)
Proficient in conducting Auditing processes and procedures
Competence in handling Billing Functions effectively
Knowledge of Blackbaud software
Proven track record in successful Month End Close processes

Nice to have:

MIP accounting experience
Knowledge of Blackbaud software
