Job Responsibility:

Oversee the processing of customer credit applications with accuracy and efficiency
Ensure meticulous maintenance of customer credit records
Resolve customer inquiries and issues in a timely manner
Monitor customer accounts and take necessary actions when required
Handle accounting tasks such as journal entries, balance sheet reconciliations, and variance research
Participate in Month End Close activities
Utilize accounting software systems and ERP - Enterprise Resource Planning tools for efficient management of accounting functions
Manage Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR) operations
Conduct auditing processes as and when necessary
Oversee billing functions to ensure accuracy
Use Microsoft Excel extensively for various accounting tasks
Be prepared for a possible software implementation in the future

Requirements:

Proficiency in Accounting Software Systems
Experience with ADP - Financial Services
Familiarity with BlackLine software
Proficiency in using Concur for expense management
In-depth knowledge of ERP - Enterprise Resource Planning
Ability to manage all Accounting Functions effectively
Experience in handling Accounts Payable (AP)
Proficiency in managing Accounts Receivable (AR)
Prior experience in Auditing operations
Ability to handle all Billing Functions efficiently
Experience in Full Cycle Accounting
Skilled in performing Month End Close activities
Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel

Nice to have:

Familiarity with BlackLine software
Proficiency in using Concur for expense management
