Job Description:

We are offering an exciting opportunity in the financial industry for an Accounting Manager/Supervisor to join our team based in Cerritos, California. The successful candidate will be tasked with a range of responsibilities, including the management of financial compliance and business operational compliance regulations, and the direction of all people functions within the company.

Job Responsibility:

Oversee the Financial and Controlling aspects of the company
Direct all people functions within the corporation
Ensure compliance with internal and external financial and business operational requirements
Uphold compliance with US GAAP and IFRS
Monitor and analyze financial statements and prepare cash flow forecasts
Handle company’s legal and secretary documents and act as treasurer
Review workflow in Accounting department and provide instruction
Control credit, review outstanding balances, and approve payments
Review general ledgers and troubleshoot any issues
Supervise the Accounting Department's Receivables and Payables
Engage with 3rd party consultants and auditors to conduct required audits
Prepare monthly and quarterly financial reporting
Coordinate with auditors to conduct mandatory audits every six months
Coordinate with CPA to prepare federal and state income tax returns
Manage banking facilities

Requirements:

Proven experience in Financial Analysis
Extensive knowledge and experience in conducting Financial Audits
Proficiency in creating Cash Flow Forecasts
Excellent skills in Financial Reporting
Demonstrated expertise in Budgeting
Strong leadership skills with experience in managing and supervising an accounting team
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
A bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial regulations
Proficiency in accounting software and other relevant computer applications

Nice to have:

Advanced degree or certification (such as CPA)
