Job Description:

The role is for an Accounting Manager/Supervisor who will be instrumental in managing and overseeing various accounting functions within our organization.

Job Responsibility:

Overseeing the operations of the accounting department
Supervising and managing all aspects of accounting
Managing the accuracy and productivity of day-to-day activities
Ensuring the timely and accurate processing of all financial transactions
Handling customer inquiries promptly and professionally
Managing the implementation and maintenance of accounting software systems
Overseeing the use of BlackLine, Concur, and ERP
Managing the auditing process
Facilitating the continuous improvement of the accounting department's processes and procedures

Requirements:

Proficiency in Accounting Software Systems
Experience with ADP - Financial Services
Familiarity with BlackLine
Proficiency in using Concur
Knowledge of ERP - Enterprise Resource Planning
Mastery of Accounting Functions
Hands-on experience with Accounts Payable (AP)
Practical experience with Accounts Receivable (AR)
Proficiency in Auditing
Expertise in Billing Functions
