Job Description:

This role is primarily centered around the smooth running of our accounting operations. The successful candidate will be tasked with overseeing the month-end close process, ensuring accurate financial reporting, and managing key accounting operations.

Job Responsibility:

Oversee the preparation and review of journal entries, account reconciliations, and supporting schedules
Collaborate closely with Corporate to streamline and accelerate the close process
Supervise job-cost review procedures to ensure proper revenue accounting and cost allocation
Provide detailed balance sheet and income statement variance analysis
Manage intercompany transactions
Coordinate internal and external audit activities
Oversee customer audits
Establish and maintain a SOX-compliant control environment
Assist with implementing new accounting standards
Perform ad hoc financial analysis

Requirements:

Proficiency in Accounting Software Systems
Demonstrable experience in Auditing
Must be able to handle Billing Functions efficiently
Responsible for Monthly Financial Reporting
Experience in Month End Close procedures
Familiarity with the percentage (%) of completion method
Must understand WIP - Work In Progress processes
