Job Description:

A highly successful NYC Financial Services company is currently seeking an Accounting Manager to join their team. This is an amazing opportunity to grow your career with an industry-leading organization.

Job Responsibility:

Preparing financial statements and forecasting reports
Supervising daily accounting operational functions
Reviewing and preparing journal entries
Assisting with cash flow forecasting and budgeting
Overseeing quarterly and year-end closings
Regularly providing updates to Controller
Assisting with tax compliance and tax filing preparation
Handling ad hoc duties as needed

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting or related field
CPA required
Background in public and private accounting highly preferred
5+ years of experience, including previous leadership roles
Strong technical skills
