Job Description:

Robert Half Finance & Accounting has partnered with a Toledo area organization as they look for an experienced Accounting Manager to join their expanding accounting department and play a pivotal role in enhancing processes and driving cross-departmental collaboration.

Job Responsibility:

Own the month-end Close process
Identify opportunities to improve efficiencies
Analyze financial results
Work closely with other departmental leaders to ensure proper documentation standards are met
Ensure compliance with US GAAP standards

Requirements:

4+ years
experience handling/managing month end
The ability to provide analysis of financial results
Advanced Excel skills and ability to adapt to new software solutions
US GAAP expertise
