Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Accounting Manager with specialized expertise in revenue accounting and financial reporting. As the Accounting Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the revenue recognition process, ensuring compliance with company policies and relevant accounting standards, and mentoring a highly skilled team. Job Responsibility:

  • Oversee and manage the revenue recognition process in accordance with ASC 606 and other applicable accounting standards
  • Prepare, review, and manage internal and external financial reporting focused on revenue
  • Design, implement, and enhance revenue accounting processes, workflows, and internal controls
  • Analyze revenue trends, reconcile accounts, and prepare detailed revenue reports
  • Collaborate with internal and external auditors to ensure adherence to accounting standards
  • Supervise, coach, and mentor a team of accounting professionals
  • Partner with sales, operations, and business teams to streamline revenue recognition workflows
  • Leverage advanced ERP software to manage revenue-related accounting processes

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
  • CPA or MBA strongly preferred
  • 5+ years of accounting experience, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or management role
  • Strong understanding of revenue recognition rules, particularly ASC 606, and their practical implementation
  • Advanced Excel skills (e.g., pivot tables, VLOOKUP, and complex formulas) and familiarity with ERP systems
  • Demonstrated experience in designing workflows and improving financial processes within an organization
  • Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver under strict deadlines
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams
