Job Description:

This individual will be responsible for various aspects of accounting for a multi-national non-profit organization. Duties will include supervision of degreed accountants, financial statement preparation and consolidation for multiple companies, annual audit and tax-return preparation and filings, monthly account analysis, special projects, and other duties as assigned.

Job Responsibility:

Oversee and manage a team of accountants with experience in the field
Prepare and consolidate financial statements for multiple companies
Conduct monthly account analysis to ensure accuracy and compliance
Lead the annual audit and tax-return preparation and filings
Utilize accounting software to facilitate financial tasks and reporting
Ensure compliance with US GAAP in financial statement preparation
Execute special projects as and when required
Resolve any accounting issues or discrepancies that arise
Utilize Oracle Cloud financial software for various accounting functions
Oversee the month-end close process and ensure timelines are met
Analyze financial statements for accuracy and insights

Requirements:

B.S. degree required with a focus in Accounting or Finance
CPA / CMA / MBA strongly preferred not required
Strong understanding and experience in all accounting functions
Demonstrated ability in conducting audits
Familiarity with Oracle Cloud and Oracle Fusion
Proven experience in month-end close procedures
Solid knowledge of US GAAP
Ability to analyze financial statements effectively
Experience in preparing and interpreting financial statements
Strong skills in financial statement analysis
Strong Excel skills are required
