Job Description:

The Accounting Manager will be managing three smaller divisions in month-end close, financial statement generation and review, budgeting/forecasting, and process improvements. This is a dynamic environment that offers true impact in the role, good work/life balance, and professional growth potential.

Job Responsibility:

Managing three smaller divisions in month-end close, financial statement generation and review, budgeting/forecasting, and process improvements
Acting as the business partner to guide the division leaders in results, course corrections, and special projects

Requirements:

BS in Accounting/Finance
5+ years of progressive experience working in the general ledger accounting
Prior experience in a manufacturing environment
ERP experience
Intermediate Excel skills
Proficiency in Annual Budget preparation and management
Experience with Month End Close procedures and processes
Strong knowledge of General Ledger management and operations
Proficiency in Financial Statement Preparation
Experience with Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations
Advanced skills in Excel
Ability to perform Ad Hoc Financial Analysis

Nice to have:

Exposure to costing and BOM reviews
