Job Description:

Join our team as an Accounting Manager in the construction and industrial services industry. This role involves leading full-cycle accounting, managing WIP billing, implementing revenue recognition practices, and optimizing financial processes using Sage Intacct. Job Responsibility:

Lead Full-Cycle Accounting
Master WIP Billing
Implement Percent-of-Completion Revenue Recognition
Leverage Sage Intacct
Analyze and Optimize
Collaborate Across Teams

Requirements:

Minimum 7 years of experience in accounting, ideally in the construction or industrial services sector
Deep familiarity with WIP billing, Percent of Completion revenue recognition, and project-based accounting practices
Advanced proficiency with Sage Intacct accounting software
Strong in Excel, including pivot tables, advanced formulas, and data analysis tools
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field required
CPA certification highly preferred
