Job Responsibility:

Oversee and manage all general ledger accounting
Supervise accounts payable and receivable clerks, ensuring accuracy and timeliness
Operate and improve upon our accounting software systems
Manage intercompany and parent company accounts across multiple locations
Oversee auditing processes to ensure compliance and accuracy, and internal controls
Utilize Sage 100 as part of day-to-day operations
Work Directly with Parent company's CFO to provide financial data and reporting
Ensure billing functions are performed accurately and promptly

Requirements:

Minimum of 10 years of experience as an Accounting Manager/Supervisor
Proficiency in Accounting Software Systems is mandatory
Familiarity and hands-on experience with Accounting Functions
Expertise in handling Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR)
Proven experience in Auditing is necessary
Ability to manage Billing Functions efficiently
Experience with a large ERP is required
Thorough understanding and application of GAAP Accounting is required
