Job Description:

Lead the financial close process and ensure the accuracy and integrity of the accounting records and financial systems. Ensure financial reports comply with GAAP. Develop, review, and monitor budgets. Conduct financial forecasting and analyze variances between actuals and budget, providing actionable insights to management. Optimize cash management strategies and practices to maintain liquidity and solvency. Mentor the accounting team while fostering a culture of continuous improvement and professional development.

Job Responsibility:

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
At least 6+ years in accounting preferred
Strong leadership and team management skills
Impeccable accuracy and attention to detail
Experience guiding accounting staff
