Job Description:

Robert Half is recruiting for an Accounting Manager who will be responsible for overseeing the overall function of Accounts Receivable, billing, and cash flow management. The role involves monitoring accounts, resolving payment discrepancies, and ensuring compliance with company policies and accounting standards.

Job Responsibility:

Oversee the overall function of Accounts Receivable, billing, and cash flow management
Monitor accounts
Resolve payment discrepancies
Ensure compliance with company policies and accounting standards
Oversee the invoicing process to ensure accuracy, timeliness, and compliance with company and clients’ terms
Prepare AR aging reports, cash flow forecasts, and other financial analyses
Track key performance indicators (KPIs) related to receivables

Requirements:

Bachelor degree in Accounting, Finance or related field
5+ years' experience in Accounts Receivable
Analytical skills to identify trends review financials
