Job Description:

The selected candidate will be a part of our finance team and will play a key role in managing and controlling the company's monetary resources and affairs. This role offers an exciting opportunity to apply and enhance your skills in a dynamic work environment.

Job Responsibility:

Oversee and manage the preparation of financial reports and statements
Ensure the accuracy of the financial data and compliance with relevant laws and regulations
Conduct month-end and year-end close processes
Analyze costs, pricing, variable contributions, sales results, and the company’s actual performance compared to the business plans
Prepare budgeting reports and forecast revenues
Handle monthly expense reports of the company
Develop and manage financial systems and policies
Collaborate with auditing services to ensure proper compliance with all regulations
Document and ensure proper keeping of financial records, making use of current technologies
Ensure all accounting activities and internal audits comply with financial regulations
Advise management on cost optimization and financial planning

Requirements:

Minimum of 2 years of experience in a Accounting Manager role or similar
Demonstrated skills in Month End Close Processes
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel
Experience with accounting software and ERP systems
Strong understanding of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP)
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
Strong communication and presentation skills
Detail-oriented with high level of accuracy in work
Demonstrated leadership skills and ability to supervise and guide a team
