Job Responsibility:
Efficiently handle customer credit applications
Keep customer credit records accurate and up-to-date
Manage Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable
Perform account reconciliation tasks
Adjust and maintain General Ledger as required
Ensure trustworthiness when dealing with large wire transfers
Communicate effectively with vendors and clients
Utilize QuickBooks and Microsoft 365 for various tasks
Handle data entry and invoice processing tasks
Use Oracle and SAP in daily operations
Requirements:
Proficiency in Account Reconciliation is necessary
Must have experience in handling Accounts Payable (AP)
A good understanding and experience in managing Accounts Receivable (AR) is required
