Job Description:

Job Responsibility:

Collaborating with operations to verify reports prior to initiating payment processes
Apply payments received to outstanding invoices within the accounting system
Track and manage pending billing issues, working closely with the Revenue Manager to resolve them

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or related field or commensurate experience in AR roles
Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite, specifically Excel, including data entry, data management, and formula applications

Nice to have:

Experience with grants or non-profit funding
