Job Description:

Robert Half is hiring an Accounting Specialist to join a well-established organization in the Quad Cities. The role involves financial reconciliation, GL management, and processing various financial transactions.

Job Responsibility:

Process accounts payable, accounts receivable, and ACH payments
Reconcile and balance the General Ledger and credit card transactions
Manage wire transfers and resolve related discrepancies
Handle debit card disputes and ensure accurate processing
Conduct in-depth research to resolve financial discrepancies
Assist with financial reporting, including weekly, monthly, and yearly reports

Requirements:

Proven experience in accounting, GL management, and financial reconciliation
Proficiency in Excel and the ability to learn new software quickly
Experience processing debit cards, ACH payments, and credit card transactions
Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
