Job Description:

We are in search of an Accounting Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be tasked with the efficient and accurate processing of accounting functions, utilizing your skills with accounting software systems. This offers a contract to permanent employment opportunity.

Job Responsibility:

Manage and execute various accounting functions in a precise and timely manner
Utilize accounting software systems effectively to ensure smooth financial operations
Take charge of accounts payable and accounts receivable, ensuring all transactions are recorded accurately
Conduct regular auditing of financial transactions and reports
Handle billing functions, making sure all invoices are sent out and payments are received on time
Carry out bank account reconciliation to ensure accurate financial reporting
Regularly perform bank reconciliations to avoid discrepancies in financial data
Work closely with financial services to streamline financial processes
Use ERP systems for efficient financial management and reporting
Implement expense management systems for better management of expenses and invoices

Requirements:

Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role such as Accounting Specialist
Proficiency in using Accounting Software Systems
Solid knowledge of Accounting Functions
Experience in managing Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR)
Demonstrated skills in Auditing
Familiarity with Billing Functions
Experience in Bank Account Reconciliation
Proven track record in performing Bank Reconciliations
