Job Description:

As an Accounting Specialist, your role involves functions within the accounting sector including accounts payable, accounts receivable, account reconciliation, and handling customer inquiries.

Job Responsibility:

Handle full cycle accounts payable operations
Manage accounts receivable and billing processes
Conduct account reconciliations to ensure accurate record keeping
Respond to and resolve customer inquiries related to their accounts
Perform journal entries as part of the accounting procedures
Utilize Microsoft Excel for various accounting tasks
Manage collections process and follow up on overdue accounts
Undertake additional duties as assigned to support the accounting team

Requirements:

Strong knowledge of Accounts Payable (AP) procedures
Experience with Accounts Receivable (AR) management
Expertise in Billing processes
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
Must be legally authorized to work in the United States

Nice to have:

Experience managing the collections process
Ability to follow up on overdue accounts
Familiarity with account reconciliation processes
Excellence in customer service
