Job Description:

We are seeking an Accounting Supervisor with managerial expertise and proficiency in Non-Profit accounting. The perfect candidate will be hands-on and take an active role in ensuring the efficient operation of our organization's financial activities.

Job Responsibility:

Overseeing activities of the general ledger
Preparation of monthly and quarterly financial reports
Overseeing the preparation of the organization's annual budget
Providing strategic fiscal advice and guidance to the management team

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in accounting required
3-4 years of solid accounting experience
Not-for-profit experience preferred
Experience with international locations including an understanding of foreign currency preferred
Excellent analytical, project management, interpersonal and communication skills
Strong computer skills
Proficiency in MS Office and QuickBooks
Must be a self-starter with the ability to complete job responsibilities with minimal assistance and the ability to identify when help is needed
Able to work in team environment and must be comfortable working in a result oriented environment requiring overtime (on an as needed basis) and the meeting of fixed deadlines

Nice to have:

Not-for-profit experience
Experience with international locations including an understanding of foreign currency
