The selected candidate will play a crucial role in overseeing the accounting process and assist with human resources within our organization. This role is primarily based in the finance industry and involves a hands-on approach in managing job cost reports, tracking credits, inventory, sales orders, backorders, and credit memos. This individual will also be responsible for general human resources, benefits and payroll experience.
Job Responsibility:
Experience with general human resources functions including benefits and managing payroll questions
Oversee the accounting process including job cost reports and credit tracking
Ensure accurate inventory management and monitor sales orders and backorders
Handle credit memos and prepare financial reports
Conduct reconciliations and establish robust internal controls
Utilize Sage 100 or Sage Intacct to manage accounting functions
Must have ADP (HR and accounting) experience
Employ Microsoft Excel for various accounting tasks
Supervise Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR) processes
Oversee auditing and billing functions within the organization
Manage account reconciliation and month-end close procedures
Responsible for Financial Statement Preparation and Audits
Proficient in executing various accounting functions
Ability to handle Accounts Payable (AP) tasks
Capable of managing Accounts Receivable (AR)
Skilled in conducting auditing processes
Experience with billing functions
Proficient in account reconciliation tasks
Experience with month-end close procedures
Ability to handle job cost calculations
Skilled in preparing financial statements
Experience in conducting financial statement audits
Proficiency in using Sage 100 software ideal
