Job Description:

The successful candidate will be joining a collaborative team and will take a key role in managing a portfolio of clients, reviewing work prepared by junior staff, and liaising with clients to provide high-quality service and advice. Job Responsibility:

Managing a varied portfolio of clients across different sectors
Reviewing accounts and supporting documentation prepared by junior team members
Providing business and tax advice to clients
Supporting and mentoring junior staff
Ensuring compliance with accounting standards and regulations
Assisting with workflow management and team development

Requirements:

ACA/ACCA qualified or finalist
Must have a minimum of 3 years previous experience working within a UK Practice environment
Strong knowledge of accounting standards and tax compliance
Excellent communication and organisational skills
Experience with cloud-based software is desirable
A proactive and professional approach

Nice to have:

Experience with cloud-based software
