Job Responsibility:

Leading the accounts and advisory function, ensuring high-quality service delivery
Managing and developing client relationships to provide strategic financial advice
Overseeing compliance, financial reporting, and regulatory requirements
Identifying opportunities for business development and growth
Mentoring and developing junior staff to enhance team performance

Requirements:

ACA/ACCA qualified (or equivalent) with significant post-qualification experience
Proven leadership skills within an accountancy practice environment
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
Must have previous experience working within a UK Practice environment
Strong technical knowledge of financial reporting and compliance
