Job Description:

We are searching for an experienced Accounts Payable Clerk to join our organization in the restaurant industry. Based in Irvine, California, this role plays a crucial part in our accounting team, dealing with a high volume of invoices and expense reports, and maintaining vendor relationships. This role offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to our organization's financial efficiency and profitability.

Job Responsibility:

Manage the processing and auditing of invoices and expense reports
Support entry level Accounts Payable accountants
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve discrepancies in invoices
Communicate regularly with suppliers
Investigate and rectify past invoice discrepancies
Use various software to perform data entry and invoice processing tasks
Utilize account reconciliation skills
Conduct check runs and code invoices
Use knowledge of SAP
Drive Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

Requirements:

Proficiency in Account Reconciliation
Experience with Accounts Payable (AP)
Ability to handle Check Runs
Familiarity with Coding Invoices
Strong Data Entry skills
Proficiency in Invoice Processing
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
Experience with Oracle
Knowledge of QuickBooks
Familiarity with SAP

Nice to have:

Experience with Oracle
Knowledge of QuickBooks
Familiarity with SAP
