Job Description:

We are offering a contract to permanent employment opportunity for an Accounts Payable Clerk in Akron, Ohio. This role is situated within a fast-paced industry and will require on-site work.

Job Responsibility:

Efficient and accurate processing of accounts payable and credit applications
Regularly run checks to ensure smooth financial operations
Coding of invoices as per the established guidelines and standards
Regular data entry tasks to ensure all financial information is up-to-date
Processing of invoices, ensuring accuracy and adherence to financial protocols
Proficient use of Microsoft Excel for financial data management and reporting
Utilize QuickBooks for financial transactions and record-keeping
Operate Acumatica for business management purposes, ensuring all financial data is accurately recorded and managed

Requirements:

Minimum of 2 years of experience in an Accounts Payable role
Proficient in Accounts Payable (AP) processes and procedures
Demonstrated experience in check runs
Proficient in coding invoices for various departments or projects
Strong data entry skills, with an emphasis on speed and accuracy
Experience in invoice processing and ability to handle a large volume of invoices
Proficient in the use of Microsoft Excel for financial tasks and reporting
Experience using QuickBooks for financial management and reporting
Experience in using Acumatica software is highly desirable

Experience in using Acumatica software
