Job Description:

This role involves managing, processing, and recording company invoices, utilizing Epicor ERP software, and handling the company's purchase orders and statements.

Job Responsibility:

Efficiently handle the accounts payable function, ensuring all invoices are entered and processed in a timely manner
Utilize the Epicor ERP software for processing and managing invoices
Verify and match purchase orders with invoices to ensure accuracy
Handle company statements, ensuring they are accurate and up-to-date
Manage and maintain accurate and detailed records of all transactions and activities related to accounts payable
Respond to and resolve any issues or inquiries related to accounts payable
Continually monitor the status and details of customer accounts, taking necessary actions when required

Requirements:

Possesses at least one year of experience in an Accounts Payable role
Familiarity with the Stone/Glass/Concrete Manufacturing industry is preferred
Proficiency in entering invoices and managing accounts payable
Knowledge and experience with Epicor ERP software
Demonstrates strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
Possesses strong communication skills for liaising with suppliers and internal departments
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel
Knowledge of standard accounting principles and procedures
High school diploma or equivalent required
Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field preferred
