Job Description:

We are offering a contract to permanent employment opportunity for an Accounts Payable Clerk at our location in Stoughton, Massachusetts. As an Accounts Payable Clerk, you will play a critical role in our financial operations, including processing invoices, reconciling accounts, and handling approvals. Your role will extend to supporting month-end activities and ensuring timely payments to vendors.

Job Responsibility:

Accurately process and review invoices for payment
Handle approvals and ensure payments to vendors are made accurately and on time
Reconcile vendor statements as part of your regular duties
Support month-end activities, including accruals and reconciliations
Utilize your knowledge of NetSuite or other large ERP systems in your day-to-day tasks
Apply your expertise in Microsoft Excel for efficient data management
Use your skills in QuickBooks for financial processing and reporting
Perform data entry tasks as part of your regular duties
Contribute to check runs and coding invoices as necessary

Requirements:

Proficiency in Account Reconciliation
Experience with Accounts Payable (AP) operations
Ability to perform Check Runs efficiently
Expertise in Coding Invoices
Proficient in Data Entry tasks
Solid understanding of Invoice Processing
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
Familiarity with QuickBooks software
Experience with NetSuite software platform
Legal authorization to work in the United States
