Job Description:

The successful candidate will join our team and play a crucial role in maintaining our accounts payable operations and ensuring the accuracy of our financial data.

Job Responsibility:

Efficiently handle the processing of invoices
Conduct account reconciliation tasks
Timely execution of check runs
Employ data entry skills
Utilize Microsoft Excel, Oracle, QuickBooks, and SAP
Address and resolve issues or inquiries related to accounts payable
Monitor accounts payable to identify discrepancies

Requirements:

Proficiency in Account Reconciliation
Practical experience with Accounts Payable (AP)
Familiarity with performing Check Runs
Expertise in Coding Invoices
Competency in Data Entry
Ability to perform Invoice Processing
Strong skills in Microsoft Excel
Experience with Oracle
Knowledge of QuickBooks
Proficiency in SAP
