Job Description:

Robert Half is seeking a motivated Accounts Payable Clerk for a temp-to-hire opportunity with a reputable company located in San Ramon, CA. This is an excellent chance to join a fast-paced accounting team and grow your career in a supportive and collaborative environment.

Job Responsibility:

Process high-volume accounts payable invoices accurately and in a timely manner
Review and reconcile invoice discrepancies and resolve supplier issues
Ensure proper coding and approval of invoices based on company policies
Maintain accounts payable files and documentation for compliance
Assist with month-end closing processes and AP reporting
Collaborate with vendors and internal teams to address any billing or payment inquiries

Requirements:

1+ years of experience in Accounts Payable or related accounting role
Strong attention to detail and ability to manage high volumes of data
Proficiency with MS Excel (experience with pivot tables and VLOOKUP is a plus)
Experience with accounting software (e.g., SAP, QuickBooks, or NetSuite preferred)
Excellent organizational, multitasking, and communication skills
A desire to learn and grow in an accounting career
