Job Description:

The role primarily involves handling accounts payable, executing account reconciliation, and ensuring efficient data entry in the finance sector.

Job Responsibility:

Oversee the accounts payable to ensure accurate and timely payment processing
Conduct account reconciliations to maintain accurate records and prevent discrepancies
Undertake regular check runs to ensure all payments are up-to-date
Implement coding invoices to streamline the payment process
Perform data entry tasks to maintain updated and accurate customer records
Process invoices accurately and efficiently, ensuring all details are correct
Leverage Microsoft Excel for maintaining and analyzing financial data
Utilize NetSuite for managing customer accounts and financial transactions

Requirements:

Proficient in Account Reconciliation
Strong experience in handling Accounts Payable (AP)
Experience in executing Check Runs
Skilled in Coding Invoices
Excellent Data Entry skills
Proven experience in Invoice Processing
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
Familiarity with NetSuite or similar financial software
