Job Description:

Shantel Poole with Robert Half is on the hunt for a meticulous Accounts Payable Clerk to join her client's team in Sacramento, CA. This role involves processing customer credit applications, managing customer credit records, monitoring accounts, handling reconciliation, and managing accounts payable.

Job Responsibility:

Accurately and efficiently handle the processing of customer credit applications
Ensure the maintenance of precise customer credit records
Regularly monitor customer accounts and take necessary action based on the account status
Take charge of the account reconciliation process to ensure all financial records are accurate
Manage the accounts payable function, ensuring all financial transactions are properly recorded
Organize and carry out check runs to ensure timely payment of invoices
Take responsibility for coding invoices to ensure they are accurately classified in the financial system
Handle data entry tasks related to the accounts payable function
Be involved in the processing of invoices to ensure they are paid in a timely manner
Utilize Microsoft Excel and QuickBooks for financial management and reporting purposes

Requirements:

Proficiency in Account Reconciliation
Experience with Accounts Payable (AP)
Ability to handle Check Runs efficiently
Capability to code invoices accurately
Strong Data Entry skills
Competence in Invoice Processing
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
Experience with QuickBooks software
