Job Description:

We are actively seeking an Accounts Payable Clerk to join our team in San Marcos, Texas. This role is crucial in the manufacturing industry, where you will handle tasks such as processing customer credit applications, maintaining detailed customer credit records, and resolving customer inquiries. You will also monitor customer accounts and take appropriate actions when required.

Job Responsibility:

Engage in data entry tasks and process invoices with precision
Handle accounts payable duties including check runs and coding invoices
Reconcile accounts and ensure all financial data is accurate
Use Excel and Oracle to manage and organize data effectively
Utilize QuickBooks and SAP for various accounting tasks
Oversee full cycle payroll operations
Participate in periodic inventory checks and cycle counts
Monitor AI integration into Titan and troubleshoot any challenges
Ensure compatibility between Access and Titan, addressing any issues that may arise
Prepare for future export capabilities and responsibilities

Requirements:

Proven experience in the manufacturing industry as an Accounts Payable Clerk or similar role
Proficiency in account reconciliation and accounts payable (AP)
Demonstrated ability to perform check runs and code invoices accurately
Strong data entry skills are essential
Experience in invoice processing is required
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel is necessary
Familiarity with Oracle, QuickBooks, and SAP software is desirable
Experience in handling full cycle payroll is a plus
Excellent attention to detail and ability to maintain a high level of accuracy in performing all tasks
Strong organizational skills and ability to meet deadlines
Good communication skills, both written and verbal
