Job Description:

Robert Half is looking for a professional Accounts Payable Clerk to add to the Allentown, PA area! In this A/P role, you will maintain accounting records, responsible for completing payments, and reconciling invoices. This is a great opportunity for someone who is wanting to find their long-term fit!

Job Responsibility:

Verify, code, and process invoices
Maintain the general ledger by reconciling accounts payable entries
Manage vendor relationships and handle inquiries
Prepare regular AP reports and assist in month-end close activities
Review expense reports for accuracy and compliance

Requirements:

Associate's degree in accounting or finance preferred
1–3 years of AP experience
Proficiency in accounting software
Advanced Microsoft Excel skills
Strong analytical skills
Ability to work under deadlines
