Job Description:

As an Accounts Payable Clerk, you will be primarily tasked with managing and processing customer credit applications, maintaining meticulous records, resolving customer inquiries, and ensuring the smooth operation of customer accounts.

Job Responsibility:

Manage and execute full cycle Accounts Payable tasks
Process ad hoc customer credit applications with accuracy and efficiency
Maintain and update customer credit records to ensure accuracy
Respond to and resolve customer inquiries related to credit applications
Monitor customer accounts and initiate appropriate actions when necessary
Perform data entry tasks related to Accounts Payable operations

Requirements:

Minimum of 2 years of experience in Accounts Payable or a similar role
Proven experience in the Real Estate Property/Facilities Management industry
Proficiency in handling Accounts Payable (AP)
Demonstrated ability to work with financial software and databases
Strong understanding of basic bookkeeping and accounting payable principles
High degree of accuracy and attention to detail
Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion
Excellent data entry skills and familiarity with spreadsheets
Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize tasks
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Demonstrated ability to meet deadlines
Strong problem-solving skills and ability to resolve discrepancies
Knowledge of applicable laws, codes, and regulations
