Job Description:

We are searching for a meticulous Accounts Payable Clerk to join our team in Plymouth, Minnesota. The successful candidate will be tasked with handling all aspects of accounts payable, including invoice processing, working with inventory, and handling month-end reconciliations. This position provides an exciting opportunity to become a part of our growing organization.

Job Responsibility:

Handle all aspects of accounts payable
Enter invoices into the system
Match invoices with purchase orders
Work closely with inventory
Assist with check runs
Handle month-end reconciliations
Use Microsoft Excel, Oracle, QuickBooks, and SAP for data entry and account management
Implement strong technical skills to manage and reconcile accounts
Utilize account reconciliation skills to identify and rectify discrepancies
Ensure all customer credit applications are processed accurately and efficiently
Maintain accurate customer credit records

Requirements:

Proficiency in Account Reconciliation
Must be skilled in Accounts Payable (AP) processes
Experience in performing Check Runs
Must have knowledge in Coding Invoices
Proficient in Data Entry tasks
Experience in Invoice Processing
Must have strong Microsoft Excel skills
Familiarity with Oracle software is preferred
Knowledge of QuickBooks is beneficial
Prior experience with SAP software is a plus

Nice to have:

Familiarity with Oracle software
Knowledge of QuickBooks
Prior experience with SAP software
