Job Description:

We are in search of an Accounts Payable Clerk to join our team in LOUISVILLE, Kentucky. In this role, you will be expected to perform a variety of tasks related to account reconciliation and invoice processing. You will also handle data entry tasks and manage accounts payable functions. This role offers a long term contract employment opportunity.

Job Responsibility:

Handle the Accounts Payable (AP) function by ensuring all invoices are coded correctly and processed in a timely manner
Conduct regular check runs to keep up with the company's financial obligations
Utilize Microsoft Excel, Oracle, QuickBooks, and SAP to manage financial data and perform account reconciliation tasks
Maintain accurate records of all transactions and ensure that all data entry tasks are completed with a high level of accuracy
Respond promptly to internal and external inquiries regarding invoice processing and payment status

Requirements:

Proficiency in Account Reconciliation
Must possess skills in Accounts Payable (AP)
Ability to conduct Check Runs is required
Expertise in Coding Invoices is expected
Proficiency in Data Entry is a must
Must have experience in Invoice Processing
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel is necessary
Familiarity with Oracle is required
Knowledge of QuickBooks is expected
Proficiency in SAP is a must
Must be legally authorized to work in the United States
