Job Description:

This role involves managing account reconciliation, handling accounts payable, running checks, coding invoices, and data entry. The position requires proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Oracle, QuickBooks, and SAP software.

Job Responsibility:

Oversee and manage the coding of invoices
Carry out check runs to ensure financial accuracy
Handle the accounts payable function, ensuring timely and accurate payment processing
Conduct account reconciliation to maintain financial integrity
Undertake data entry tasks to maintain up-to-date and accurate records
Leverage Microsoft Excel, and an ERP system to streamline invoice processing and other financial tasks
Monitor customer accounts and take appropriate action when necessary
Process customer credit applications accurately and efficiently
Maintain accurate customer credit records

Requirements:

Proficient experience in Account Reconciliation
Solid understanding of Accounts Payable (AP)
Capability to execute Check Runs effectively
Experience in Coding Invoices accurately
High speed and precise Data Entry skills
Proven track record in Invoice Processing
Proficient in Microsoft Excel
Experience in using Oracle software
Knowledge of QuickBooks software
Familiarity with SAP software
