Job Description:

Randstad is exclusively partnering with a mid tier commercial organisation based in Reservoir recruiting an Accounts Payable Officer. It's a fast paced, driven and collaborative environment, working in the finance division, where the colleagues are engaged, aware, friendly and value encouraging ideas. It's a close knit finance team and you'll be reporting to the Financial Controller.

Job Responsibility:

Entering invoices in the system
Processing invoices and payments in a timely and accurate manner
Reviewing accounts payable entries to ensure all data are entered correctly
Initiating new suppliers and adding them on the system
Investigating and reconciling creditor accounts for discrepancies
Managing direct debit for utilities accounts
Other administration & accounts duties where required

Requirements:

5+ years in the Accounts Payable domain
Experience in SAP
Freight/ Shipping experience is preffered
Analytic approach, problem solving skills, accuracy and attention to detail
Comfortable working with large data sets on Excel

Nice to have:

Freight/ Shipping experience
