Job Description:

We are seeking an Accounts Payable Specialist to join our team located in Atlanta, Georgia. As an Accounts Payable Specialist, you will be responsible for the efficient and accurate processing of customer invoices and maintaining comprehensive customer records. This role also involves promptly addressing customer inquiries and monitoring customer accounts to ensure appropriate action is taken when necessary.

Job Responsibility:

Efficiently process around 100 customer invoices daily
Maintain comprehensive and accurate records of customer credits
Promptly address and resolve customer inquiries
Monitor customer accounts and initiate suitable action when required
Work collaboratively with the Accounts Payable Manager
Utilize accounting software systems and Enterprise Resource Planning tools effectively
Perform accounting functions and accrual accounting tasks
Conduct auditing tasks as needed
Use Automated Clearing House for transactions

Requirements:

Proficiency in Account Coding is necessary
Familiarity with various Accounting Software Systems is required
Must have experience with ADP - Financial Services
Knowledge in ERP - Enterprise Resource Planning is essential
Ability to perform all Accounting Functions efficiently
Experience in handling Accounts Payable (AP) is vital
Understanding of Accrual Accounting is needed
Prior experience in Auditing is mandatory
Knowledge of Automated Clearing House (ACH) processes is desirable
Proficiency in using NetSuite is required
Experience with Tipalti is a significant plus

Nice to have:

Proficiency in Excel, specifically Pivot Tables and Vlookups, is preferred but not required
Knowledge of NetSuite and Tipalti preferred but not mandatory
