Job Description:

Robert Half is currently looking for a detail-oriented and experienced Accounts Payable Specialist with SAP expertise to join our finance team in Westlake Village, CA. You will play a critical role in financial operations by processing invoices, managing vendor accounts, reconciling payments, and ensuring accurate financial records in SAP.

Job Responsibility:

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field is preferred
proven experience as an Accounts Payable Specialist
SAP experience is required
strong understanding of accounts payable principles and practices
knowledge of financial regulations and compliance
proficient in Microsoft Excel and other financial software
excellent attention to detail and accuracy
strong analytical and problem-solving skills
ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
effective communication and interpersonal skills
team player with a customer service-oriented attitude
self-motivated and able to work independently
