Job Description:

We are offering a contract to permanent employment opportunity for an Accounts Payable Specialist in Phoenix, Arizona. In this role, you will be part of a team that operates in the healthcare industry, ensuring the smooth flow of financial operations.

Job Responsibility:

Oversee accounts payable functions and ensure accurate processing of transactions
Utilize accounting software systems for efficient data management and reporting
Conduct account coding procedures to prepare for month-end processes
Ensure accurate and timely processing of payroll through systems like Paylocity
Act as a point of contact for financial inquiries and resolve any issues promptly
Utilize tools like Expensify for managing expenses and financial reporting
Perform auditing tasks to ensure compliance with financial regulations
Manage Automated Clearing House (ACH) transactions for efficient fund transfers
Maintain up-to-date knowledge on ERP - Enterprise Resource Planning for effective financial management
Perform additional accounting functions as necessary to support the financial operations

Requirements:

Proficiency in Account Coding is essential
Must have experience with Accounting Software Systems
Familiarity with ADP - Financial Services is required
Knowledge of Concur is a prerequisite for this role
Experience with ERP - Enterprise Resource Planning is vital
Must have a solid understanding of Accounting Functions
Expertise in Accounts Payable (AP) is crucial
Accrual Accounting skills are required
Auditing experience is a must for this role
Familiarity with Automated Clearing House (ACH) processes is necessary
Proficiency in using Paylocity is preferred
Experience with Expensify is a plus
