Job Description:

This role is centered around the financial services industry, where you will be tasked with handling and managing account coding and various accounting software systems. The workplace is dynamic and requires a detail-oriented individual who can effectively utilize tools like ADP, Concur, and ERP - Enterprise Resource Planning.

Job Responsibility:

Ensure accurate and efficient processing of customer credit applications
Manage and maintain customer credit records with utmost precision
Respond to and resolve customer inquiries in a timely and detail-oriented manner
Monitor customer accounts and initiate appropriate action when necessary
Handle account coding and manage accounting functions
Utilize accounting software systems effectively for financial services
Work with ADP - Financial Services for efficient account management
Oversee accounts payable (AP) and accrual accounting

Requirements:

A minimum of 2 years of experience as an Accounts Payable Specialist or in a similar role is required
Proficiency in account coding is necessary
Extensive knowledge and experience with accounting software systems is essential
Familiarity with ADP - Financial Services is preferred
A solid understanding of basic accounting functions is required
Demonstrated experience with Accounts Payable (AP) is necessary
Knowledge of accrual accounting is essential
Auditing experience is highly desirable
