Job Description:

Robert Half is offering an exciting opportunity for an Accounts Payable Specialist based in Visalia, CA, tasked with managing the accounts payable processes of the company. Responsibilities include handling vendor invoices, reconciling financial transactions, and assisting with month-end closing activities. Job Responsibility:

Manage and process vendor invoices in line with company policies
Conduct reconciliation of accounts payable transactions and keep records up to date
Prepare and process payment batches, this includes checks and electronic transfers
Respond to vendor inquiries and resolve any discrepancies that may arise
Assist with month-end closing activities and financial reporting
Use Microsoft Excel for data entry and invoice processing
Utilize skills in Accounts Payable (AP) and Check Runs to ensure smooth operation
Apply knowledge in Coding Invoices to ensure accuracy in financial records.

Requirements:

Proficiency in Accounts Payable (AP) processes and best practices
Experience with Check Runs
Familiarity with Coding Invoices is required
Strong Data Entry skills, ensuring precision and accuracy
Proven experience in Invoice Processing and management
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including advanced functions and formulas
Demonstrated ability to maintain confidentiality in handling sensitive financial information
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
