This role is in the finance industry and will be based in a traditional office environment. The successful candidate will be responsible for handling all aspects of accounts payable, including processing invoices and reconciling accounts.
Job Responsibility:
Manage the full cycle of accounts payable, ensuring accuracy and efficiency
Handle global accounts and work with multiple companies within the organization
Assist with the reconciliation of credit card statements and other accounts
Utilize Sage Intacct software for various tasks, training will be provided if necessary
Maintain minimum usage of Microsoft Excel for tasks related to accounts payable
Collaborate with the team to handle any sales and use tax related tasks
Oversee the coding of invoices to ensure correct allocation of costs
Manage accounts payable communications through Outlook, including the handling of invoices
Ensure that all customer credit records are accurate and up to date
Requirements:
Proficiency in Account Reconciliation is required
Demonstrable experience with Accounts Payable (AP) procedures is necessary
Ability to code invoices accurately and efficiently
Experience in Invoice Processing is a must
Proficient in Microsoft Excel, with the ability to create and manage complex spreadsheets
