Job Description:

The role offers a contract to permanent employment opportunity where you will oversee the activities of a team of 4, handling all aspects of Accounts Payable including Ariba and Open Invoice.

Job Responsibility:

Oversee and manage a team of 4 members, ensuring smooth operation of the accounts payable department
Handle all aspects of Accounts Payable, ensuring accuracy and efficiency
Proficiently use accounting software systems for data processing and account coding
Manage and process customer credit applications, ensuring precision and timeliness
Maintain and update customer credit records, ensuring they are accurate and up-to-date
Resolve customer inquiries, providing excellent communication and customer service
Monitor customer accounts, taking appropriate action when necessary
Utilize Ariba and Open Invoice for managing payable invoices
Perform auditing and accrival accounting functions as required
Review and enter vendor invoices, ensuring they adhere to company policies and guidelines

Requirements:

Proficiency in Account Coding
Familiarity with various Accounting Software Systems
Experience with ADP - Financial Services
Knowledge of Concur software
Skilled in Data Processing
Understanding of general Accounting Functions
Proficiency in handling Accounts Payable (AP)
Knowledge of Accrual Accounting
Experience in Auditing
Familiarity with Automated Clearing House (ACH) processes
Knowledge of Open Invoice software
Excellent Communication Skills
Familiarity with Ariba software
Ability to Code Invoices
Skilled in Coding Invoices
Experience with Enter Invoices
Ability to Enter Vendor Invoices
Experience with Monthly Invoices
Proficiency in handling Payable Invoices
Ability to Review Invoices
Experience with Vendor Invoices
